We had tossed around the idea of going on a bit of a trip--perhaps somewhere we haven't been before. However, after realizing that we can hardly go anywhere in the car anymore without wishing that we had ear plugs, we simplified our plans and went to Utah. We decided that 3 hours was a bearable amount of time to endure all that Johnny feels he needs to express in a small space (in a very angry and loud voice) AND it would be the perfect chance to visit with some friends and attend a new temple together. As hoped, we had a fantastic time!
Cool Dude! Something so cute couldn't be a problem at all in the car, now could it? But boy do we love him!
An outing to Liberty park with Savannah and her darling girls-Maylyn and Tessa. We enjoyed so much staying with the Hannon family in Salt Lake, as well as catching up with a couple friends from 'the college days' that Matt & I have kept in touch with.

Oh I'm so glad you had an itch to go to Utah. It brightened my weekend considerably!
